“This is the first episode of the ‘Celebrating People’ YouTube channel. Kevin Mayo and Olly Gazal are two great friends of mine who I had the pleasure of meeting during my time at North Park University in Chicago, and are people who inspire me through their strong work ethic, expressions of kindness towards others and a never say die perseverance in the face of odds at one time stacked against them. Coming from Ireland to the U.S. they are American Footballers for
the North Park Vikings and in this video I went to Dublin to catch up with them, and recap their story ahead of their upcoming season that begins tomorrow.”
